Once we’ve gathered the information we need about your property, we will schedule an appointment for us to come see the house in person and meet with the homeowner This gives sellers a chance to ask important questions, but perhaps more importantly, an opportunity to put a face with the name and meet our amazing buyer, Staci. If for any reason, an on-site visit is not feasible, we still want to buy your house! We have completed many sales from start to finish by phone and email alone.

STEP 3 – Presentation of Offer
