MICHAEL | Owner / Project Manager

Michael began his career in real estate when he was reacquainted with a high school friend and local real estate agent, who was purchasing homes at auction during the foreclosure era. Soon after getting involved, Michael quickly realized how passionate he was about renovating properties from his local community that were in a distressed state. In 2014, with the shifting market and economy, Michael began marketing directly to sellers--an evolution that resulted in the establishment of Drake Real Estate Investments. Throughout the process, Michael has enjoyed building a small team of like-minded people who share in vision and values. Michael oversees the day-to-day operations and serves as project manager of current rehab projects.

STACI | Acquisition Manager

Staci has been with Drake REI since its inception. If you schedule an appointment with us you will have the opportunity to meet Staci. Staci has been in sales and marketing her entire professional career. There is no “Snake Oil Salesperson” or “Smoke and Mirrors” approach to what she does. Trustworthy, integrity, honesty, and seasoned veteran are just a few words that describe her. It does not matter the size, price, condition, or location of your house she has seen them all! We have complete confidence that once you meet Staci, you will get the fullest representation of what our company stands for in its core values and mission to help YOU, the seller, solve whatever problems/issues you have regarding your property.

ALEX | Lead Manager

Alex is the first friendly voice you hear when you contact us.  Her role is to gather as much information as possible regarding the property you are looking to sell and get an idea of what your expectations are for the property.  This aids our process of due diligence in evaluating the current value of your property and enables our project management team to establish budgeting estimates for the renovation process. Alex is responsible for our follow-up system and utilizes her outstanding customer service skills to build relationships and maintain communication with our sellers throughout the process.

TARA | Controller

Tara has been with Drake REI since 2016. While mostly behind the scenes to the operation, she is a critical part of the team. Tara coordinates all funding of transactions, ensures all projects are on budget and helps keep the company on track financially. She has developed the relationships with our lenders and escrow companies to assure that all projects close in a prompt manner.
